Refund & Cancellation Policy
MyResumeIQ is a digital, AI-powered service. Please read this policy carefully before subscribing.

1. No-refund policy
All purchases on MyResumeIQ are final. Because the service delivers digital, AI-generated outputs immediately upon use, we do NOT offer:
- Refunds of any kind, partial or full.
- Exchanges between plans, currencies or billing cycles.
- Refunds for unused portions of a subscription period.
- Refunds once any AI analysis, scoring or resume generation has been initiated.
- Refunds based on dissatisfaction with AI-generated content, scores, suggestions or formatting.
- Refunds for failure to receive interviews, callbacks or job offers.
- Refunds for accidental purchases, duplicate purchases, or purchases made by household members or shared devices.
2. Why
MyResumeIQ provides instantly-consumed digital services with measurable AI inference costs. Each ATS analysis, resume rewrite and optimization invocation incurs irreversible compute and licensing costs to our AI providers. Issuing refunds for digital outputs that have already been generated, downloaded or used is not commercially viable.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing only — it does not retroactively refund the current cycle. You will continue to enjoy paid features until the end of the current paid period, after which your account reverts to the free tier.
4. Failed or duplicate charges
If your payment provider charges you more than once for the same subscription due to a verified technical error, we will refund the duplicate amount only, after confirmation from the payment processor. Such requests must be raised within 7 days of the charge.
5. Statutory exceptions
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under applicable Indian law (including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019) or your local jurisdiction. Where the law mandates a refund, we will comply to the minimum extent required.
6. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us is a violation of these terms and grounds for immediate account termination. Please email support@myresumeiq.infor any billing concern; we typically respond within 2 business days.
7. Acknowledgement
By purchasing a subscription you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted this no-refund policy in full.
